WOW, I can’t say enough about how relaxing my experiences on the mat were! I often have a hard time slowing down and truly relaxing my mind and body. However, with the heat, vibration and beautiful sounds all mixed together with these mats…I felt completely calm and relaxed. It felt like my entire body was sinking into my recliner chair and I was always so sad when my session time was over. All of my current worries disappeared for that short period of time. Truly a wonderful experience and one that I hope to experience again in the near future!
